Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using Linkoku, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms also apply to your use of this website.

Description of service

Linkoku is a local connection game developed by James Brooks. Play with friends on one device or against AI opponents. The app is free to play, has no ads and offers optional one-time support purchases.

Use of the app

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app.
• Reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from the app without permission.
• Use the app or website for an unlawful purpose.

In-app purchases

Support purchases are optional, one-time, non-consumable purchases. They do not unlock features or affect gameplay. Each support tier can be purchased once per Apple Account, and eligible purchases can be restored in Settings.

Apple processes purchases under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Prices are shown in your local storefront currency before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policies and applicable law.

Intellectual property

Linkoku’s code, design and original artwork are the property of James Brooks and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Third-party names, trademarks and assets remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of defects.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, James Brooks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes will appear on this page with an updated effective date. Subject to applicable law, continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
